whether we meet in person in the Colchester/Harwich/Ipswich area or online from
the comfort of your home.
Session Fees
Initial Telephone Consultation — Free
A relaxed, no pressure conversation where we explore what you’d like to change, how hypnotherapy can help, and whether we’re the right fit to work together.
Smoking Sessation £150
In-Person Hypnotherapy Session — £75
Online Hypnotherapy Session — £55 (Using Microsoft Teams)
Each session is tailored using modern, solution focused hypnotherapy and the Fearless Method. You’ll leave with practical tools, a calmer mind, and a clear sense of progress.

Payment & Booking
Payment to be made 48 hours in advance of appointment. Sessions can be held in
person (Ipswich/Colchester/Harwich area) or online.
Home visits can also be arranged.
Cancellations
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24
hours notice to avoid being charged for the session.
